RETURNS POLICY ON IN STOCK ITEMS

To give you reassurance and confidence in your purchase I have a returns policy that allows you to return

any item to us within 7 days of receipt.

I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you wish to return an item, please get in touch with

info@cassia.co.uk if you are looking to return an item.

Items need to be unworn and in their original condition.

I recommend that you use special delivery Royal Mail within the UK.

For international returns please use either Fedex or DHL and all the return costs are your responsiblity.

Please email me for the return address and I will get back to you promtly.

All jewellery returns will be your responsibility until it is received by us.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I’d like to hear from you so please don't hesitate to get in touch.

RETURNS POLICY ON BESPOKE & MADE TO ORDER WORK

Sadly bespoke or personalised made to order work cannot be refunded or returned.

I would never send out a piece that I didn't believe you would love.

Repairs for damage caused by wear or accident will be chargeable.

FAULTY GOODS


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within

FOUR months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not

considered to be faulty.   Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange

your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to

availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. For all faulty items
